Operate and ensure stability, reliability, and security of Shell’s central SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) landscape.
Provide second line operational IT support including incident analysis and resolution, issue root cause analysis, and SLA-compliant problem management.
Collaborate with Service Management, Application Support, Project Delivery teams, and vendors to implement fixes, automate tasks, and deliver new BTP capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related field.
Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, SAP BTP).
Experience with SAP Basis administration, database management, and IT Service Management processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with SAFE ways of working.
Technical competence in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Azure Power Platform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ability to manage complex technical incidents end-to-end with strong troubleshooting and problem analysis skills.
