About This Role

Develop and maintain features across frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (PHP) codebases in a large-scale CRM platform.

Design and build new backend microservices using Java/Kotlin, collaborating on service boundaries and API contracts.

Contribute to GraphQL schema design and maintain shared UI components within a monorepo environment.

Minimum Requirements

4–8 years of professional full-stack software development experience.

Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL (Apollo), and PHP or willingness to quickly ramp up on PHP codebase.

Hands-on experience with Kotlin or strong JVM background (Java/Spring) with readiness to work in Kotlin.

Familiarity with monorepo tooling (e.g., Turborepo), relational databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle), CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks (unit, integration, E2E).

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in full-stack development with a focus on enterprise-scale CRM platforms and microservices architecture.

Comfortable operating across frontend, backend, and API design while following established coding standards and deployment workflows.

Prior experience or interest in banking, financial services, or regulated enterprise environments and leveraging AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity.
