Manage and optimize infrastructure components including Microsoft Azure, VMware ESXi, servers, storage, and network devices.
Mentor L1/L2 teams, maintain technical documentation, and support compliance, audits, and infrastructure design collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Electronics or equivalent diploma.
5+ years of relevant infrastructure support/engineering experience.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, VMware ESXi, and strong troubleshooting across multiple infrastructure domains.
Capability to work rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Expertise in multiple infrastructure domains such as server administration, networking, storage, cloud, and security.
Proficiency in automation/scripting tools (PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Terraform) and enterprise monitoring and ITSM tools.
Experience adhering to ITIL processes and operating in 24/7 enterprise operations environments.
