Minimum Requirements
5+ years of Database Engineering experience (work experience, training, military experience, or education).
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Loader, and Perl scripting.
Experience in leading database projects in large organizations, especially with financial services or related data (investment performance, brokerage, wealth management).
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years database engineering experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling large data sets and transactional platforms with expertise in database performance tuning and batch processing.
Proficient in modernizing legacy database workloads and supporting concurrent old and new platforms.
Ability to provide technical leadership with strong communication skills and mentor teams, especially in migration from Oracle/PLSQL to Java-based components.
