Lead and manage the AR Quality team focused on US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations.
Drive quality assurance initiatives including quality audits, error reduction, process compliance, and continuous improvement of AR calling accuracy and denial management.
Develop and monitor quality metrics, dashboards, and reports while coaching quality analysts and collaborating with Operations and Training teams to meet client SLAs and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
8–12+ years of work experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management with strong focus on AR Quality Assurance or Denial Management.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in quality leadership or team management roles.
Strong knowledge of Physician Billing and/or Hospital Billing with expertise in quality metrics, audit methodologies, RCA, CAPA, and process improvement.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and quality dashboards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader with a proven track record managing quality teams in high-volume US Healthcare RCM environments.
Demonstrates strong analytical and stakeholder management skills for driving quality improvements and process compliance.
Skilled in handling client audits, quality calibration, and process transitions within US Healthcare billing contexts.
