Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Engineering/Operations/Supply Chain preferred; MBA/PG desirable.
8–10 years of experience in logistics operations, specifically Surface Hub Operations, Distribution Centres, Warehousing, Cross-dock Operations, or Transportation Networks.
Experience managing high-volume facilities and large operational teams across multiple shifts with focus on productivity, safety, and service excellence.
Work Experience Required: 8–10 years in relevant logistics operations roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience leading regional hub operations with accountability for operational execution, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Strong expertise in manpower planning, hub infrastructure management, process optimization, and damage prevention.
Prior exposure to express logistics, transportation, warehousing, 3PL, eCommerce logistics, or supply chain environments with multi-shift facility management.
