Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
12+ years supporting or managing enterprise-scale infrastructure environments.
3+ years leadership experience managing teams or operational functions.
Strong knowledge in infrastructure domains (Windows, Linux/Unix, databases, storage, virtualization, IAM, or cloud); experience with ITIL service management and operational governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading large, complex enterprise environment infrastructure operations with strong vendor and incident management skills.
Strategic collaborator able to manage cross-functional partnerships including Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Audit for compliance and operational excellence.
Demonstrates capability in driving operational discipline, service reliability, audit readiness, and continuous improvement in global distributed teams.
