Administer and govern the Pendo instance across the full Rightsline platform, including user permissions, metadata mapping, and tagging standards to ensure data integrity.
Design and deploy in-app guidance such as walkthroughs and tooltips to drive feature adoption and build onboarding flows, partnering with PMs and Customer Success.
Analyze product usage data to identify friction points and adoption gaps; build dashboards and provide quantitative insights to influence the product roadmap.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Product Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 4 years of hands-on Pendo administration experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
Pendo Admin Certification required at hire or to be obtained within 90 days of joining.
Must be based in Noida/NCR and demonstrate flexibility to work required shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing and enforcing data governance and tagging standards across multiple product teams without heavy compliance enforcement.
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable product recommendations and executive-level communications.
Proven track record in deploying in-app guidance that measurably improves user adoption and reduces support load, comfortable working cross-functionally with PMs, Customer Success, and Marketing.
