Manager - Operations

Accountable for operational performance, throughput, productivity, safety, and service quality of Surface Hub Operations across assigned regional hubs.

Own inbound/outbound operations, shipment processing, manpower productivity, infrastructure readiness, and operational compliance to ensure seamless shipment movement across the Surface Network.

Lead Hub Operations teams and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver safe, reliable, cost-efficient hub operations aligned with regional network requirements and customer commitments.

Bachelor's degree required; Engineering / Operations / Supply Chain preferred; MBA/PG desirable.

8–10 years of experience in logistics operations with strong exposure to Surface Hub Operations, Distribution Centres, Warehousing, Cross-dock Operations, or Transportation Networks.

Experience managing high-volume operational facilities and large teams across multiple shifts with focus on productivity, safety, and service excellence.

Location: Panvel; Travel requirement: Around 25% (explicit travel percentage mentioned).

Proven ability to translate regional operational strategies into effective hub execution and continuous improvement plans.

Strong experience in manpower planning, hub infrastructure management, process optimization, damage prevention, and operational compliance in logistics or express delivery sectors.

Operates well within cross-functional teams including fleet, air operations, engineering, finance, commercial, and HR for seamless logistical execution.
