Manage supplier relationships, contract renewals, risk mitigation, and coordinate with cross-functional global stakeholders including Legal, Finance, HR, and IT.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Law, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 8 years of strategic sourcing and procurement experience in indirect or corporate services categories within a global organization.
Experience leading complex negotiations and managing RFPs/tenders with global stakeholders and suppliers across multiple regions and time zones.
Location requirement: Pune, India; minimal travel; managerial experience required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in global corporate services strategic sourcing with proficiency in contract lifecycle and supplier risk management.
Strong operator in executing full sourcing cycles including negotiation, contract closure, and supplier performance review, working closely with senior business leaders globally.
Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa), procurement certifications (preferably CIPS), and interest or exposure to procurement automation including Gen AI tools.
