Manager, Fund Accounting & Financial Reporting

Centralize and streamline fund data across Oaktree’s fund accounting teams, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to internal and external stakeholders.

Support SOX/SOC-1 control audits and coordinate financial statement audits, including auditor independence processes and vendor oversight.

Lead and assist with process improvements, best practices implementation, and coordinate responses to due diligence and client requests across fund accounting strategies.

Minimum 7 years relevant accounting or audit experience; 1-2 years in asset management preferred.

Strong knowledge of private investment funds required.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field mandatory.

Experience with SOX and/or SOC-1 compliance audits preferred but not required.

Experienced in managing complex fund accounting data workflows and compliance support in asset management.

Able to work cross-functionally with multiple departments and external parties to ensure data accuracy and audit compliance.

Strong communication and analytical skills demonstrated by handling audit support, process improvements, and coordination with senior management and auditors.
