Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for blue-collar and white-collar employees.
Oversee HR operations including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity), and employee records.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, engagement activities, exit formalities, and maintain HR MIS and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
3-7 years of HR experience in industrial machinery, automation, or manufacturing sectors.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
Strong knowledge of complete HR operations including compliance and payroll.
Location: Must be able to work in Peenya Industrial Area, Bengaluru.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling both blue-collar and white-collar employee HR processes in industrial/manufacturing settings.
Proficient in HR operational tools including MS Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining MIS and documentation.
Capable of managing compliance and payroll in a manufacturing/industrial context with hands-on coordination skills.
