Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years software engineering experience including hands-on AI application development.
Strong Python skills with experience using testing frameworks like Pytest.
Experience with LLM APIs, AI orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, retrieval techniques, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building enterprise AI assistants, copilots, or AI workflow automation solutions.
Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen and techniques like fine-tuning or PEFT.
Comfortable working in hybrid Bangalore location with a collaborative, cross-functional team focused on delivering AI solutions in operational enterprise contexts.
