Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, MCA or equivalent qualification.
Work Experience Required: 14-20 years indicated overall, with 5+ years in relevant leadership and technical skills explicitly required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in distributed systems, concurrency, multithreading, scalability, resilience, and performance engineering.
Proficient with modern full-stack development including React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and deep backend integration.
Able to communicate architecture decisions to technical/non-technical stakeholders and coach engineering teams through design, testing, and production readiness reviews.
