Minimum Requirements
5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated via work, training, military or education.
Hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, .NET 6+, RESTful APIs, Microservices, and modern web UI frameworks such as Angular or React.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant software engineering roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong expertise in Microsoft technology stack and enterprise application development with demonstrated leadership in complex initiatives.
Experienced in designing and developing distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices with knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and SOLID principles.
Proven ability to lead teams, influence technology standards, and manage multiple application environments under Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
