Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and automation scripts covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Lead QA planning, strategy, and execution independently including defect management and collaboration with development teams for issue resolution.
Maintain and improve QA frameworks, documentation, and processes to enhance software quality and continuous improvement efforts.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of hands-on QA experience preferably in tech product or services companies.
Proven experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestNG.
Proficient in at least one scripting language: Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Experience with REST API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), and test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, Xray).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in independently leading QA processes including planning, strategy, and mentoring junior testers.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, QA methodologies, and Agile/Scrum environments, enabling effective stakeholder coordination.
Skilled in both manual and automated testing across multiple browsers, devices, platforms, and API testing with solid defect management expertise.
