About This Role
- Designs and develops organization-wide software system architectures and methodologies across multiple platforms.
- Evaluates new technologies and outsourced development partners for alignment with technology roadmap and business value; plans integration into architecture.
- Provides technical leadership and mentoring, reviews design compliance, and influences executive decisions using recognized domain expertise.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Typically 10+ years of work experience in software design and development.
- Experience with software systems design tools, multi-platform software architectures, and software testing methodologies.
- Hybrid work model requiring approx. 2 days per week at an HPE office.

- Experienced in leading complex software architecture and development initiatives with influence at executive and business unit levels.
- Strong background in innovative software design solutions with history of patents or deployed solutions.
- Skilled in mentoring technical staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams including outsourced partners.
