Own end-to-end design, development, deployment, and production support of scalable, cloud-ready enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern front-end frameworks (Angular/React).
Develop and integrate REST APIs, event-driven services (Kafka, messaging platforms), and implement caching/performance optimizations (Redis, Hazelcast).
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance engineering productivity and code quality; mentor junior developers and drive technical leadership and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8 years software development experience, with at least 5 years in full-stack development.
Strong hands-on expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular 15+/React, REST API development, Kafka/Solace/JMS, Redis/Hazelcast, Oracle/MongoDB/Snowflake, and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, Data Structures & Algorithms, Secure Coding Practices, and Performance Tuning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cloud environments (preferably Azure and/or AWS) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Able to influence technical direction, drive engineering excellence, and collaborate with global, agile teams including product owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Has knowledge or experience in AI-enabled application development, API security (OAuth2, JWT, Zero Trust), observability tools, and preferably banking or financial services domain.
