About This Role
- Own and govern data privacy and access controls across enterprise data assets, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and operationalizing data protection.
- Manage and automate data subject access request (SAR/DSAR) workflows, maintain enterprise PII inventory, and conduct privacy impact assessments.
- Develop and maintain data retention, access, quality, and AI governance policies; build dashboards to report privacy and access compliance; collaborate across legal, security, and engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years experience in data privacy, data protection, access governance, or data security in large enterprises.
- Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DPDPA, ISO 27701 and ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational controls.
- Hands-on experience with access governance, including RBAC and ABAC models, access reviews, and entitlement validation.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for querying data assets, validating controls, and automating privacy workflows.

- Experienced in implementing and operating data access governance frameworks in enterprise data environments with strong collaboration across security, legal, and platform teams.
- Capable of designing and automating privacy operations like PII inventory management and subject access request handling with regulatory adherence.
- Skilled in creating and maintaining governance policies and reporting dashboards that track compliance posture and privacy risks at scale.
