Lead end-to-end delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise data solutions on Azure and Databricks.
Oversee solution design, development, testing, deployment, hypercare, and transition to service delivery with compliance to architecture and governance standards.
Provide technical guidance to delivery partners and mentor data engineers while ensuring alignment on security, privacy, and cost optimization.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (Statistics or Data Science is a plus).
10-12 years of experience in data engineering and architecture.
Hands-on expertise with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory/Synapse, ADLS, SQL, Spark/PySpark, and Delta Lake.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise-scale data engineering and architecture with a focus on cloud (Azure) data platforms.
Strong operational ownership of CI/CD pipeline enforcement and automated deployment using Azure DevOps.
Capable of technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration including mentoring and enforcing best practices across teams.
