Minimum Requirements
2+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in Software Engineering concepts.
Expert knowledge of Java Springboot and AWS services is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and ensuring operational stability in a corporate environment.
Experience using AI-assisted software development tools with the ability to critically validate AI-generated outputs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in large corporate environments, comfortable with Agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security-focused development.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle end-to-end and practical exposure to debugging and operational stability.
Preference for candidates with UI development experience using JavaScript and React JS, although not mandatory.
