Deploy and configure ServiceNow Now Assist AI features across customer instances, ensuring alignment with best practices and customer success metrics.
Drive AI adoption by executing adoption roadmaps, conducting workshops and training, and addressing technical or organizational blockers.
Serve as technical expert and consultant in AI feature deployments, troubleshooting configuration issues, and supporting customer lifecycle and executive engagements.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of ServiceNow configuration and implementation experience with hands-on AI feature deployments.
Experience deploying one or more of: Now Assist (Generative AI), AI Agents, Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, Task Intelligence, Document Intelligence.
Minimum 2 active ServiceNow CIS certifications; ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Generative AI in enterprise workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in translating complex customer requirements into working ServiceNow AI configurations and delivering on sprint-based timelines.
Skilled in consulting and influencing diverse customer stakeholders with thought leadership on business process and technical problem-solving.
Strong communicator capable of leading enablement sessions and articulating technical AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
