About This Role
- Provide 24x7 production support for critical business applications and infrastructure including incident management and root cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using Shell scripting and Python to reduce manual effort and operational toil.
- Monitor system health and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability, including participation in on-call rotations and shift work.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years experience in production support, automation, Linux, and Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Linux commands, Shell scripting, and Python development.
- Willingness and flexibility to work night shifts, on-call rotations, and weekend support.
