Architect and implement test automation frameworks using AI augmentation for quality assurance across KLA products.
Develop and execute both manual and automated test scripts/utilities primarily using C#/.NET and Python for Windows desktop/applications.
Collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle, including requirement definition, testing, training, defect reproduction, and deployment support.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of related work experience OR Master's degree with 0 years related experience.
Proficiency in software testing including manual and automated testing processes.
Experience with test script development using C#/.NET and/or Python in a Windows environment.
Work Experience Required: 2 years with Bachelor's or 0 years with Master's degree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technically strong individual contributor with experience leading development of AI-enhanced automation testing frameworks.
Comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment, integrating software, hardware, and mechatronics components.
Experienced in collaborating with geographically dispersed teams and managing end-to-end qualification and release processes for semiconductor or related products.
