Experience with relational databases and at least one NoSQL or caching layer; familiarity with queues or background job processing.
Bachelor's or master's in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on system-building expertise.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced across both startup and process-driven environments balancing speed with engineering rigor.
Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS products, especially in regulated domains like HR, fintech, or healthcare.
Demonstrated technical leadership through mentoring, writing maintainable test-driven code, and contributing to architecture and system design.
