About This Role
- Advise senior leadership on platform support solutions and technology initiatives related to systems operations and infrastructure architecture.
- Lead resolution of complex, large-scale challenges spanning multiple enterprise areas, delivering long-term strategic technology solutions.
- Provide vision and expertise for implementing innovative business solutions and mentor less experienced team members to meet technical goals.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years in Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture (equivalent experience including work, training, military, or education).
- Deep technical expertise in Windows Server OS (2016, 2019, 2025) including administration, troubleshooting, patching, clustering, and security hardening.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server clustering technologies and Veritas InfoScale Manager for high-availability environments.
- Work Location: Bangalore or Hyderabad, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to lead and advise on large-scale, complex systems operations initiatives across multiple technology domains.
- Strong hands-on expertise with enterprise virtualization, complex network infrastructure, storage technologies, and automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, Python, PowerShell.
- Experienced in performance tuning, root cause analysis, and managing production incidents in large-scale, hybrid-cloud enterprise environments.
