Minimum Requirements
12-15 years of relevant work experience.
Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI.
Familiarity with cloud deployment models in Azure and AWS.
Experience in mobile app build processes for Android/iOS and release workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Infra/Cloud Operations, and Support with strong stakeholder management especially in distributed teams (UK/India).
Demonstrates strong project and delivery management skills including sprint planning, velocity tracking, and risk/dependency management in Agile environments.
Proactive in process improvements and automation with ability to communicate technical and non-technical details clearly to diverse stakeholders.
