Java Developer_Associate_Software Engineering

Lead and collaborate with architects and development teams to design, develop, and deploy Java-based technical solutions using object/service-oriented architecture.

Analyze requirements, design and document program/subsystem solutions; develop, maintain and troubleshoot applications, ensuring they meet business needs and quality standards.

Mentor junior developers; assist cross-functional teams with testing, integration, and production issue resolution.

Minimum 2 years of relevant Java development experience.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Proficiency in Java, Spring, Oracle, JPA/Hibernate, API Design, Data Structures & Algorithms, SQL, and UNIX/Linux environments.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Experienced in collaborating closely with Systems Architects and cross-functional teams on complex financial services applications.

Comfortable with comprehensive software development lifecycle including analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, and production support.

Skilled at mentoring peers and managing task priorities in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
