Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant - Project Management / Compliance

Advise Compliance leadership on business execution strategies and performance initiatives, delivering presentations to senior management.

Lead strategy development and resolution of complex business execution challenges involving large scale, cross-organizational solutions.

Provide direction to cross-functional teams and senior leadership while facilitating decision making through team and steering committee meetings.

7+ years in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning (via experience, training, education, or military service).

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with effective communication.

Hands-on experience in capacity planning, workforce management, and P&L.

Understanding of Compliance functions and Risk & Control frameworks preferred but not mandatory.

Experienced in advising senior leadership in compliance or regulated environments with strategic business execution focus.

Capable of engaging cross-functional and cross-organizational teams while managing complex, large scale projects.

Skilled in capacity planning, workforce management, and driving rigor in project management within compliance or risk-related domains.
