Plan, execute, and close Supply Chain Finance (SCF) implementation programs managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk for 2-3 concurrent projects or large multi-country programs.
Own end-to-end SCF solution delivery lifecycle including discovery, design, build, testing (SIT/UAT), rollout, change management, and user adoption.
Coordinate cross-functional and external teams (banks, suppliers, ERP vendors), govern delivery backlog, conduct fit-gap analyses, and ensure compliance with KYC/AML, sanctions, data privacy, and accounting standards.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years of experience including senior Java backend development and technical delivery management, specifically in SCF implementations.
Work location: Bangalore or Pune, India.
Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects and coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end delivery of financial technology solutions, especially Supply Chain Finance programs across multi-country contexts.
Demonstrated ability to map business processes, conduct fit-gap analysis, and drive solution design in collaboration with product and business stakeholders.
Strong governance skills managing delivery artifacts (epics, backlogs, acceptance criteria) and compliance with financial regulations (KYC/AML, data privacy).
