Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related technical field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of post-baccalaureate experience in software project design, development, and implementation using open-source services framework.
Minimum 10+ years of project management experience.
5+ years’ experience in Retail Systems development and delivery highly valued.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex technical projects with strong organizational and resource coordination skills.
Familiar with multiple delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, Lean) and able to apply them appropriately.
Strong relationship management, leadership skills, and ability to influence technical decisions and promote change.
