Minimum Requirements
3 to 6 years experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Product Development.
Exposure to electronic, embedded, IoT, automotive, or hardware product development environments.
Familiarity with hardware, firmware, software, mechanical development lifecycles and product launch stages (EVT, DVT, PVT, prototyping, validation).
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced managing complex, cross-functional hardware and software product development projects, particularly in electronics or IoT domains.
Comfortable operating in Agile environments with stakeholder management and program-level risk coordination.
Proficient in program execution tracking using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and data reporting tools such as Tableau or SQL.
