Develop and maintain API automation scripts using Python, Postman, and cURL; analyze protocol-level behaviors and collaborate with backend teams on edge-case test scenarios.
Minimum Requirements
3-5+ years hands-on experience with gRPC-Web, Proto3, HTTP/2, and JSON-RPC/REST protocols.
Proficiency in proxy/traffic inspection tools such as Mitmproxy, Charles Proxy, and browser DevTools.
Solid scripting skills in Python and practical experience using Postman and cURL for API automation.
Work Experience Required: 3-5+ years in middleware or API-layer testing, specifically with automated test suites and network protocol analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in detailed network traffic inspection and API schema reconstruction, focusing on middleware rather than UI automation.
Strong debugging and test automation skills at protocol and network levels with familiarity in controlled API replay and HAR analysis.
