Specialist / Senior Specialist - Decision Scientist

Build, test, and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions including LLM and RAG applications delivering measurable business outcomes.

Own end-to-end technical delivery including engineering, MLOps, technical architecture, and data platform integration for prioritized AI initiatives.

Collaborate cross-functionally to translate data and business needs into secure, scalable, and reliable AI systems with operational controls and governance compliance.

7-10 years in software engineering, machine learning engineering, AI engineering, data science engineering, or related technical field with hands-on production AI/ML application experience.

Strong Python programming and familiarity with software engineering best practices like Git, CI/CD, testing, and APIs.

Experience developing generative AI/LLM applications including RAG, prompt engineering, agents, and model evaluation.

Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) with practical MLOps/LLMOps skills including monitoring, versioning, and automation.

Demonstrated ability to independently lead technical AI workstreams from prototype through production with focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Strong collaboration experience with data scientists, engineers, and product teams in fast-moving, complex environments.

Experience or interest in regulated domains like healthcare/pharma with knowledge of AI governance, security, and ethical AI principles.
