Drive adoption and integration of Generative AI and multi-model LLM technologies, including GenAI developer tools and advanced AI workflows.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on Java (preferably Java 17+) and Spring Boot development.
Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, Oracle JDBC (UCP), and GenAI developer tools such as Copilot or Devin.
Domain experience in Mortgage (origination, underwriting, servicing, or default management).
Experience with multi-model LLM strategies (e.g., Gemini, Claude, proprietary models).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to lead moderately complex technical projects and mentor junior engineers in a regulated financial environment.
Strong expertise in integrating AI/ML technologies into enterprise software, particularly within mortgage or financial services domains.
Proficient in designing secure, scalable microservices using Domain-Driven Design and Clean Architecture principles aligned with enterprise risk and compliance standards.
