Requirement Engineer, AVP

Own end-to-end requirement analysis and functional bridging between lending business clients (mortgages, consumer loans) and IT teams within Private Bank Germany.

Lead requirement capture, analysis, and documentation throughout software delivery lifecycle including support activities and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Drive delivery of cost-effective, high-quality solutions and ensure adherence to project deadlines and quality standards.

Experience Required: Demonstrable experience in business analysis including use cases, user story writing, UML standards, and SQL data analysis.

Degree level education is mandatory.

Location Requirement: Pune, India.

Experience with financial domain, especially lending products, and project lifecycle management is mandatory; Agile methodology experience is advantageous but not explicitly mandatory.

Strong functional and business analysis skills with proven ability to act as client voice throughout project delivery.

Experience working on complex financial lending products within a full software development lifecycle in a multi-team environment.

Comfortable with stakeholder management across business, IT, and operations, driving pragmatic solutions and continuous process improvement.
