Lead Data AI Engineer_Vice President_Data & Analytics Engineering

Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes for the technology data lake, working with structured and unstructured data.

Optimize data systems for performance, scalability and implement data quality and governance standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders across technology and business units to translate data needs into technical solutions and contribute to data architecture community knowledge sharing.

10+ years experience in data engineering or related field; minimum 6 years relevant experience expected for this role.

Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.

Proficiency in Python programming; experience with Apache Spark or Hadoop; knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

Experience working with Snowflake or Databricks; familiarity with GenAI projects and hands-on knowledge of SF Cortex or DBX Genie is a bonus; cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure).

Experienced in developing and scaling data infrastructure within large enterprise environments, especially financial services or related sectors.

Strong technical skills combined with ability to independently drive execution and contribute to evolving data strategies.

Comfortable working in a distributed team and collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups including technical and business units.
