Ability to understand system architecture diagrams, run API tests in Postman, and create dashboards or reports in Looker or SQL.
Strong program management skills including scoping, governance, stakeholder reporting, and post-implementation reviews.
Work Experience Required: 8+ years in relevant technical or operational project delivery roles.

Experienced in leading cross-domain technical or operational projects with a hands-on approach to technical systems and delivery.
Skilled at managing complex stakeholder relationships across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance functions.
Has exposure to Fintech domain areas such as Payments, Financial Crime (AML, Fraud, KYC), or platform integrations, enhancing contextual understanding.
