Lead performance engineering for HPE Alletra Storage MP X10000 Object and File Storage portfolio, defining strategy, KPIs, and benchmarking methods.

Design, automate, and execute complex performance and regression tests; analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks across software and hardware stack.

Influence product architecture via scalability insights, develop automation and benchmarking tools, and mentor engineers in performance best practices.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.

Minimum 8 years of experience in performance engineering, storage systems, distributed systems, or related technical domains.

Deep expertise in computer architecture, Linux/OS internals, distributed systems, storage, networking, and strong Python programming skills.

Onsite work requirement at HPE office; Knowledge of JavaScript and modern software development practices required.

Senior technical leader with balanced hands-on engineering and strategic influence on product architecture and performance.

Experienced in complex root-cause performance analysis and driving resolution of critical issues in large-scale enterprise storage environments.
