Owns design, development, and maintenance of the Compliance platform supporting Asset Management's Compliance business needs.
Provides technical direction and guidance to a distributed development team, ensuring delivery of high-quality, maintainable solutions in an Agile environment.
Drives adoption of software engineering best practices including CI/CD and Acceptance Test Driven Development, and participates actively in code/design reviews and knowledge sharing.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of industry experience in software engineering.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MCA.
Proficiency with Java 1.7+, AngularJS, Python, Spring framework, REST, Oracle SQL, Git, Maven/Jenkins.
Location requirement: Bangalore - Manyata/EGL; Shift: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background in full stack development with expertise in scalable, low latency, high throughput distributed applications.
Experience working within mature Agile teams and practices with a focus on continuous integration and deployment.
Familiarity with Asset Management business domain or financial industry technology solutions.
