About This Role
- Develop and maintain dashboards and frameworks to track portfolio performance and member behavior.
- Analyze new external and partner data to enhance benchmarking, generate behavioral insights, and inform product strategy.
- Collaborate internally and externally to optimize membership services, identify growth opportunities, and enable competitive benchmarking across products.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Data Analytics.
- Graduation or Post-Graduation from a top-tier college.
- Strong programming skills in SQL and Python are mandatory.
- Job location is Hybrid in Gurgaon, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with cross-functional business partners and handling industry-level data management.
- Ability to extract actionable insights from complex data and drive business results quickly.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and preference for knowledge in AI tools and implementation.
