Manage and govern the AI initiative portfolio for an APAC financial institution client, overseeing intake, prioritization, lifecycle gating, dependencies, approvals, and benefits reporting.
Run regular governance forums and maintain all audit-ready records including agendas, minutes, actions, RAID, and decision logs.
Produce reporting and dashboards centered on facilities management KPIs such as cycle time reduction, incident/rework reduction, manual effort avoided, and adoption proxies.
Minimum Requirements
6–10 years of experience in program management, PMO, portfolio governance, or operations transformation; tech-enabled change experience preferred.
Practical knowledge of AI delivery including data sensitivity, validation/testing, deployment/monitoring, and human oversight.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and work management tools like Jira or equivalent.
Location requirement: On-site in Mumbai, MH, India, working APAC hours with occasional global overlaps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience collaborating closely with Product/Technology, Risk, Security, Data, and Finance teams in a matrixed or global environment.
Strong program operations skills including managing RAID logs, stakeholder engagement, and facilitating governance.
Background or exposure to Facilities Management or workplace services (service desk, maintenance, vendors, assets, compliance) with stage-gated delivery and benefits realization reporting.
