Willingness to travel Pan India as required.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices.

Experienced in managing multiple recruitment positions simultaneously under tight deadlines, indicating strong operational management skills.
Familiar with technical and non-technical hiring processes within the renewable energy or related sectors.
Capable of collaborating closely with department heads and hiring managers to align recruitment with business needs.
