Project Manager - India

Manage and deliver data, AI, and transformation projects end-to-end while balancing scope, cost, and timelines to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Lead project lifecycle activities including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure with adherence to governance and compliance frameworks.

Collaborate and influence senior stakeholders (C-level, VPs, Directors) across client organizations and support business transformation initiatives including change management and client engagement.

10+ years of program and project management experience with expertise in Data, AI, analytics, or technology-led transformation initiatives.

Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Asana and familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Ability to work with senior client stakeholders and conduct client-facing workshops, presentations, and governance forums.

Willingness to travel as required for client engagements, primarily to the UK and US.

Experienced in multi-region project delivery, preferably with US and UK clients, showing capability to manage international stakeholder engagement.

Strong leadership skills to build, manage, and mentor small to mid-size project teams with focus on collaboration and delivery excellence.

Consulting acumen with ability to identify growth opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) and support proposals within client accounts.
