Manage and oversee 3PL Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to ensure service excellence, including onboarding, integration, SOP implementation, and digital initiatives.
Drive operational excellence by monitoring LSP performance, resolving issues through root cause analysis, and supporting continuous improvements in supply chain processes.
Ensure business continuity and support transportation procurement, supplier management, and cost optimization activities.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in 3PL/logistics operations.
Experience in transportation, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of reefer containers, GDP/GxP standards, and logistics data management.
Experience in LSP supplier management including performance monitoring and escalation handling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing LSP performance and digital integration within complex supply chains.
Skilled in operational problem-solving including root cause analysis and process improvement.
Capable of leading change management and stakeholder communication during implementations and hypercare phases.
