Minimum Requirements
2–3 years of backend experience at product companies.
Degree in CS/Engineering, preference for IITs or top NITs.
Expertise in Java/J2EE or .NET (C#) with strong knowledge in design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and multithreading.
Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, Postgres, SQL Server, MongoDB); experience in profiling, performance tuning, unit and automation testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building scalable, multi-tier, distributed backend systems, preferably with e-commerce domain exposure.
Comfortable with owning end-to-end backend modules and collaborating closely with Product, Design, and QA.
Familiarity with agentic AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex to enhance development efficiency.
