Project Manager [AI Cohorts - Capacity Building]

Lead planning, management, and execution of data and AI-driven capacity-building cohorts, including outreach, onboarding, delivery, evaluation, and handover.

Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders across teams, facilitators, participants, and partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of workshops, mentoring, and virtual/in-person sessions.

Allocate 65% of time to ongoing project management, 25% to exploring/scaling new projects, and 10% to organizational responsibilities, including travel as needed outside Delhi.

3-5 years of experience managing cohorts, training programmes, partnerships, or multi-stakeholder initiatives, preferably in nonprofit or social impact sectors.

Strong understanding of digital products, data and AI tools, including product development cycles, APIs, data visualization, data governance, open data, and civic technology.

Excellent planning, coordination, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills; hands-on with tools like G Suite, Slack, spreadsheets, project management platforms.

Work Experience Required: 3-5 years; Location: Based in Delhi with hybrid working requiring minimum 3 days/week in office.

Experienced in working with public sector, civil society, and multilateral institutions managing complex multidisciplinary teams and projects focused on impact delivery.

Skilled at translating strategic goals into executable plans with focus on risk management, quality assurance, and fostering multi-stakeholder collaboration.

Comfortable operating within agile frameworks using open-source tools and balancing programmatic delivery with new opportunity exploration.
