Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
5-6 years of relevant experience in hub operations or similar capacity within the logistics/operations industry.
Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Experienced in middle mile hub operations with strong team supervision and workflow management skills.
Hands-on with budgeting, performance monitoring, and negotiation within operations.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and maintaining compliance with safety and labor regulations.
