Minimum Requirements
8+ years of data engineering experience with proven technical leadership.
Proficiency in Python, SQL (MSSQL/MySQL), AWS (Redshift, S3, Athena), Snowflake, and modern data warehousing and ETL/ELT techniques.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Location requirement: Mysuru or Bengaluru, India.

Experienced in technical solutioning, architectural design, and leading engineering teams with ownership of end-to-end delivery.
Skilled in cloud data platform modernization and migration with strong knowledge of AWS data services and Kimball dimensional modeling.
Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments collaborating globally and managing stakeholder communications and expectations.
