Own end-to-end firmware development projects in embedded systems, including solution design and execution.
Serve as single point of contact for business stakeholders, managing project planning, requirement gathering, and delivery within timelines and quality KPIs.
Architect, design, develop, integrate, and test embedded software components following defined software requirements and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years experience in embedded system software design, development, and testing.
Proficiency with Embedded C, Python, MATLAB/Simulink, RTOS, Microcontrollers (PIC, STM, NXP or equivalent), and industrial communication protocols (Ethernet, CANopen, etc).
Knowledge of cybersecurity (cryptographic algorithms, secure boot), MISRA standards, SDLC with Agile Scrum, version control (SVN/GIT), and static analysis tools (LDRA, Vectorcast, Polyspace).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing embedded firmware projects with responsibility for stakeholder communications and delivery of quality KPIs.
Technically strong in hardware abstraction layer development, board-level debugging, and compliance with safety and cybersecurity standards (e.g., IEC 62443).
Familiarity with software architecture/design methodologies, requirements/change management tools like Polarion, and an understanding of functional safety lifecycle and PLC programming preferred.
